I was completely impressed with customer service, care taken by staff members and the product received.The entire process was simple and all questions leading up to the placement of the order were answered completely, honestly and with the feeling of genuine concern.

When I asked for additional chairs to compliment the stylus sofa set they offered two additional blue cushions free of charge.

I did not get them when the order arrived but the gesture and intent was there and appreciated.

The delivery was delayed by just one day and I can not tally the number of times the delivery company apologized.

It came as promised the first drop the next day. I could not be happier and recommend 100%. Thanks.

We’ve had our Babmar furniture for three years now, and it still looks new, even with our harsh, hot summers and sitting out all winter. When the cream-colored cushions get dirty, we just power wash them, and they come out looking new. I recommend taking the cushion part out of the fabric, though, or else they take a while to dry.

The customer service was great, and they shipped our furniture all the way to San Antonio, TX, where we live, without incident and on time. Can’t say enough good things about this company, and I will definitely buy from them again!
