BABMAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Babmar outdoor furniture is designed and manufactured to high standards for durability, performance, and long-term outdoor use. Babmar warrants to the original purchaser that its furniture, accessories, parts, and components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period.
If a product is determined by Babmar to contain a covered defect in materials or workmanship, Babmar will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or component at no charge for the replacement product or component. For purposes of this warranty, a “defect” means an imperfection in materials or workmanship that materially impairs the intended use of the product.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
• Frames: 5-Year Limited Warranty
• Rattan/Woven Materials: 3-Year Limited Warranty
• Cushions and Covers: 5-Year Warranty on Subrella and Agora. 3 years for all other brands.
• Coverage applies to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase.
• Product-specific warranty terms may apply where otherwise stated.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This limited warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or defects resulting from:
• Improper assembly, installation, handling, or maintenance.
• Alteration, modification, or unauthorized repair of the product.
• Accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
• Normal wear and tear associated with regular use and aging.
• Natural weathering, discoloration, or fading resulting from outdoor exposure.
• Fabric fading or other materials deterioration from normal use or improper care.
• Labor, installation, assembly, removal, or reinstallation costs.
• Customer dissatisfaction with the selection of color, finish, fabric, or model.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & REPLACEMENT
Warranty remedies are limited to the repair or replacement of the affected part, component, or individual item. Replacement of an individual item does not entitle the purchaser to replacement of an entire furniture set or collection.
If an identical product, finish, fabric, or color is no longer available, Babmar reserves the right to provide a comparable replacement of similar quality and function.
Depending on the age and condition of the product, Babmar may take normal wear and the period of use into consideration when evaluating a warranty claim.
Shipping, freight, transportation, removal, installation, and related costs associated with a warranty claim are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Babmar.

WARRANTY PERIOD
The applicable warranty period begins on the original date of purchase. Repair or replacement of a product, part, or component under this warranty does not restart, renew, or extend the original warranty period.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
